How to Look and Perform Your Best as a Hybrid Athlete

Is it possible to train hard and look good while doing it? Yes, and you’ll likely be more successful when you spend certain seasons focusing on ONE goal. You can have it all, just not all at the same time.

Getting stronger and gaining muscle requires a different approach than losing body fat. The 2 main differences? How much you’re eating and what you’re training looks like. I also think it’s important for women to remember that changing your body composition requires you to consider body fat AND muscle mass. You can’t expect to look like you have muscle if you only show up for yourself when you want to lose weight.

Truthfully, I have been sitting on this post for 3 weeks now, and I’ve changed it a million times. I wanted to get it right because I care! I want you to succeed. There’s so much to say about this controversial topic, and of course there is not a “one size fits all” approach. This post could have been an e-book lololol. I could go on and on.

So often I see hardworking women scrambling to stretch themselves thin (literally) while trying to do the most. Hear me out>>> I will continue to push you to pursue process based goals, strength and muscle because NO ONE CAN TAKE THAT FROM YOU. It’s proof you can DO HARD THINGS.
