Ways to Eat More Carbs

I’ll be the first to say that I’m so glad I left the low carb life behind. Years ago I was trying to make it through my workouts living off of bell peppers, fat bombs and bacon (lol wut). This led to me feeling like a bag of diapers. After days of eating like this, I would find myself shoveling Cinnamon Toast Crunch at 9PM like a starved racoon.

Don’t be like me. Carb life is the best life 🤝🏻

They also make sure your thyroid stays happy, keep your stress levels from going bonkers and promote growth of good bacteria in your gut.
